Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar
- 1/2 lime fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 sm. grapefruit fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- splash club soda
- rim Gusano Salt

Instructions
- Combine Mezcal, Aperol, lime juice, and grapefruit juice. Shake with ice for about 1 min. If you dont have a drink mixer, any sealed container will work - but you won't look as cool holding an old spaghetti jar.
- Wet the rim of your serving glass in water, then dip it into a tray of Gusano salt.
- Add ice cubes to serving glass, pour shaken contents into glass over ice, then add a splash (about 1/4 cup) of club soda to finish your drink. Enjoy!
