Next Millennium Gluten-Free Organic Cricket Flour begins with crickets that are fed a diet that is both certified organic AND gluten-free, then is finely ground to produce cricket flour. Next Millennium Farms currently boasts North America’s largest line of edible insect products, ranging from basic cricket flour to gourmet spiced meal worm snacks. Steeped in a long history of growing insects for the pet industry, this company has extended their insect-growing expertise into the emerging gourmet edible insect market. Wren Osborn says
I have questions, not comment. Couldn’t find FAQs.
How long can I store the powder?
Should it be kept refrigerated?
When I clicked to go to next-millennium instead I got entomo farms. No more next millennium?
Thanks Wren. Insect powder storage recommendations vary with producer. I usually chuck mine in the freezer for maximum life and have used it for over a year out of the freezer if its well sealed.
Also, NMF has now become Entmo Farms – same people with a simpler name.
