Do you have a lot of ideas about edible bugs, but don’t know where or how they fit into the broader context of this rapidly growing industry. Even beyond the environmental idealism or maverick gastronomic swagger – this is an amazingly collaborative and supportive industry with a ton of opportunity. However, the pool of paid or advertised entomophagy jobs is generally nonexistent and the networks from which candidates are selected are still quite inbred small.
